Christi Hauptman Conway (1999, MDiv) was appointed to serve as the senior pastor at Shepherd of the Heart United Methodist Church in Pearland, Texas. She is married to Dan Conway (1999, MDiv). They have two energetic boys Adam (10) and David (8).
Dee (2005, MDiv) and Bridget (2006, MDiv) Dowdy took new appointments in the United Methodist Church this summer. Dee was appointed to serve First United Methodist Church in Leeds, AL. Bridget now serves Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Together they have seven children, ranging in age from 32-21, and eight grandchildren, ranging in age from 11 years, to 1.
Rob Moorlach (1991, MDiv) just started a new appointment at Jackson United Methodist Church on June 30, 2013 after 3 1/2 years working for the Kentucky Conference of the UMC. He is an Elder from the Dakotas Conference (Deacon’s Orders in 1992; Elders Orders in 1994).
Rev. Dr. Mark Royster (1985, MDiv) has been called by the vestry of St. Peter’s Anglican Church to be the church’s first rector. He formerly served as associate rector at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Versailles, and will continue to serve as Director of Global Partnership at Asbury Theological Seminary while serving as rector of St. Peter’s.
