Cindy Fortune Spencer (M.Div. 1994) was appointed to the Bishop’s staff for Faith Formation in the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia (Episcopal Church in Western Washington) to serve as the Coordinator of Children and Family Ministries in July 2013. She continues part-time as the minister to children and families at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral, where she has been on staff since 2002. In addition, she continues to serve as an active Godly Play trainer, and speaks and consults on family-centered faith formation and ministry to and with children with special needs and their families. Cindy lives in Seattle, Washington, with her husband, Heath, and their three children.
