Dr. Powers, a beloved ATS professor, recently published New Life in the Risen Christ: A Wesleyan Theology of Baptism. This book is a collection of essays on baptism, which he served as the general editor for, and is part of the new Wesleyan and Methodist Explorations imprint through Cascade. The excerpt is below.
